2 Hot Springs teens arrested for shooting, killing man in March

Payton Mann and Alisa Kay Andry have been charged with murder and aggravated robbery.

HOT SPRINGS, Ark — Hot Springs Police responded to 411 Hollywood Street on Saturday, March 14 after reports of shots fired in the area. 

When officers arrived, they found 20-year-old Joshua Stevens who had been "shot to death" according to a statement released by police.

Nearly four months later on July 9, the Hot Springs Police Department arrested 18-year-old Payton Mann and charged him with capital murder and aggravated robbery.

On July 10, police also arrested 19-year-old Alisa Kay Andry in connection to the death of Stevens. Andry is charged with 1st degree murder and aggravated robbery.

Police say Mann is being held in the Garland County Detention Center with no bond. Andry is also being held in the Garland County Detention center on $100,000 bond.
