LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Little Rock Police Department arrested one man Thursday for the fatal shooting of Deandre Jones in the 1800 block of Reservoir Road on July 19, 2022.
He is also accused of killing Javyn Luckey, who died from injuries at the hospital later that night.
Police said Key'Andre Collins was taken into custody and charged with first-degree murder and two counts of terroristic act.
