MORRILTON, Ark. — According to court documents, Michael Driver, 37, is accused of raping a female minor multiple times over an undisclosed length of time.
In an investigation involving Morrilton Police Department and Arkansas State Police Crimes against Children, Driver, who works as a tow truck driver in Morrilton, would take the victim for a ride in his work truck and rape her, detectives say.
On December 12, 2019, Driver was charged with felony rape and felony sexual assault. Court documents state the victim involved in the case is under the age of 14 and told police Driver raped her over 300 times.
Driver’s pretrial hearing date is set for March 11 of this year.
