GURDON, Ark. (KTHV) – A juvenile is in custody at the Clark County Sheriff’s Department after making a possible threat at the high school on Thursday.

In a release, Sheriff Jason Watson said the department was contacted around 8 a.m. on February 16 by the Gurdon School District Superintendent, Allen Blackwell, about a possible threat made by a high school student.

The juvenile is in custody at the sheriff’s department and the matter is under further investigation. The sheriff’s department will release more details once the investigation is completed.
