PULASKI COUNTY, Ark — Mark Coleman, 48, has been charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of 47-year-old Amy Duvall on April 6 in Pulaski County.
According to the Pulaski County Sheriff's Department, the crime took place on the 9600 block of Price Lane.
