Getting help to stop suicide

Statistics show men die by suicide 3.5 times more often than women. And on average, there are 121 suicides per day.

There are ways to help and get help. Become an advocate.

You can take the pledge. The STOP Suicide Pledge seeks to encourage organizations and individuals to make a commitment to themselves and members of their community to talk openly about suicide and help those in distress.
