Where to track coronavirus cases in Northwest Arkansas & River Valley schools

Here's how you can find confirmed COVID-19 cases within Northwest Arkansas and River Valley schools.

ARKANSAS, USA — School is back in session in Arkansas, and this year, things will be different. The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is still ongoing, and the virus is still spreading throughout communities in the Natural State. This could force some schools to shift into remote learning.

It's essential to point out that cases of COVID-19 are expected inside of schools, and finding and identifying those cases early is part of the strategy for many districts in Arkansas.

The Arkansas Center for Health Improvement has created a tool to track positive community COVID-19 cases by school districts. It's important to know that this tool does not provide information about positive cases at each school. The Arkansas Department of Health is also tracking COVID-19 cases within schools across the state. Parents should also take advantage of their local school district's COVID-19 information listed on their websites and social media pages.
