Transformational Life Coach Deana Williams stopped by The Vine to explain her four ways to "Be Your Best Self in 2019." She says the following steps will help get you motivated in the new year. 

1.) Gain Clarity

"Start with the end in mind; reflect but don't get distracted," said Deana Williams.

2.) Create Goals

"Understand the difference between dreams and goals. Your dreams are something you desire but your goals are specific. Goals come with a time frame," said Williams. 

3.) Disciplined Mindset

"Be intentional, purposeful and consistent," Williams said. 

4.) Manage Your Expectations

"Learn to manage your expectations! Life happens but don't quit and keep moving forward." said Williams.
