LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Lamor Williams with the City of Little Rock has confirmed that Costco, the wholesale shopping center, has applied to develop on the southwest corner of Chenal Parkway and Kirk Road in Little Rock.
The application will be going before the Planning Commission on Thursday, May 14.
"We're appreciative that a national wholesale warehouse such as Costco has chosen Little Rock as a place they want to do business," Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott said.
