LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Little Rock police say that 61-year-old Mitchell Moore was last seen on S. Battery Street on Jan. 27 at noon.
Moore is described as being 5 feet and 2 inches tall, weighing 145 pounds.
Police also mentioned that he may be in the North Little Rock area.
