OREGON COUNTY, Mo. (KTHV) - UPDATE-- The three children have been found safe.
ORIGINAL-- The Oregon County Sheriff’s Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for three children that law enforcement said were kidnapped December 18, 2017.
The children’s mother, Lacey Joseph, was arrested on January 24 and is reportedly refusing to give law enforcement the children’s location. A male subject was seen using Lacey Joseph’s EBT card at Walmart in Pocahontas, Ark.
The children missing are 11-year-old Leena Joseph, 10-year-old Jonathan Joseph, and 3-year-old Destin Joseph.
Authorities said the grandparents of the children might know the location of the children but are also refusing to cooperate with law enforcement.
Anyone seeing the missing persons, the suspect, or anyone having any information related to the endangered missing person should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Oregon County Sheriff’s Department at 417-778-7888.
The children’s descriptions are below:
Destin Joseph is 3 feet tall, 30 pounds, with blonde hair and brown eyes.
Jonathan Joseph is 4 feet tall, 75 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Leena Joseph is 3’9″, 80 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
