BAXTER COUNTY, Ark. — Update: Arkansas State Police have inactivated the Silver Alert for 58-year-old Tommy Kestner.

Kestner has short white hair and blue eyes. He stands 5'6'' and weighs around 146 lbs.
Police say Kestner was last known to be on Lower Ridge Road near the warming station in Conway.
