One dead, two injured after driver crashes into parked RVs

One person is dead and two others were injured following a deadly collision in Hot Springs on Monday.

MAYFLOWER, Ark. — One person is dead following a deadly collision in Hot Springs on Monday.

According to authorities, the incident happened on Nov. 21 around 4:27 p.m. as a truck driver was traveling along Thornton Ferry Street in Garland County. 

The driver, who was driving a 2018 Ford F250 was reportedly driving south on Thornton Ferry Street when he exited the road and eventually crashed into an RV that was parked. 

The RV that the driver struck then collided with an additional RV that was also in the area. 

Authorities said that the resident of the first RV was pronounced dead due to the collision. The driver of the vehicle and the resident of the second RV were both injured as a result.
