LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) - Shih Tzu puppies rescued from a puppy mill in Sherwood are now up for adoption.

The 10 puppies were rescued by Sherwood Animal Control on March 17 along with 21 adult Shih tzus from the puppy mill.

Now, Helping Hands for Little Paws says the first litter will be available for adoption at the end of this week.

They're almost 10 weeks old, and the group says those interested in adopting should have homes with fenced yards and be within one hour of Little Rock.
