LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) -- Frustration is growing among airports, airlines and air travelers over TSA lines.

Huge security lines at airports are causing major headaches for millions of travelers all across the country.

The TSA said this summer could be one of the busiest travel seasons in a very long time, and they’re encouraging travelers to sign up for its pre-check program.

It is no secret that lines are getting longer with some people encountering lines that are 60 to 90 minutes long.

At the Little Rock airport, the TSA reports that the longest wait time in recent months has been 14 minutes.

"I love this airport because it's very easy to just fly right through,” a traveler said.

TSA is advising passengers to arrive two to three hours before their flight, especially on the return flight to Little Rock.

Security officials also made a public push for travelers to join the precheck program to speed up the process.

There's also a new social media campaign, with airlines creating the hashtag #ihatethewait, encouraging people to post their pictures of long security lines.
