CONWAY, Ark — On Monday, Nov. 16, the Conway Police Department shared a video of an officer saving two people and their dog from a house fire.
Police say Officer Carson Howard of the Conway Police Department arrived at the scene of a house engulfed in flames.
Without "regard for his own safety," Howard immediately ran into the burning home. He led two people and their dog out to safety.
