LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – A Sherwood woman was arrested on Monday after hitting a building with her car while intoxicated.
Around 12:20 p.m., 29-year-old Chelsea Schmidt hit the side of the AJ Monogramming building at JFK and H streets with her three children in the car.
Schmidt told police that a car collided with her head-on causing her to hit the side of the building, but reports state that there were no signs of another collision at the location. No injuries were reported.

Police say she was unsteady on her feet and smelled of intoxicants. She was physically unable to perform a standardized field sobriety test on scene, so she was taken into custody and taken to the NLRPD headquarters where she was found to have a BAC of .229.
The owner of the building says the damage is estimated at around $50,000.
Schmidt was charged with DWI, careless or prohibited driving and three counts of second degree endangering the welfare of a minor. Records state that this was her fourth DWI offense.
She was released on a $5,000 bond.
