FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Jimmy Whitt Jr. scored a career high 30 points as Arkansas took down Vanderbilt 75-55. The win moves the Razorbacks to 14-2 (3-1 SEC) setting them up with a showdown against Kentucky on Saturday.
The Razorbacks held a 34-28 lead at the half before breaking out in the 2nd half. Isaiah Joe and Mason Jones the team's leading scorers we're shutout in the first half. Joe finished with 12 while Jones added just 1 point.
Desi Sills added 13 and a surprisingly big night for Reggie Chaney who scored 14. Chaney averages just 3 points a game.
Four total Razorbacks finished in double-figures.
Saben Lee led Vanderbilt with 17 points, all in the second half, and Maxwell Evans added 16, all in the first half. The Commodores have lost 23 straight SEC games.
