LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — An overturned 18-wheeler slowed traffic for most of the day around downtown Little Rock.
The truck flipped around 7:30 a.m. on Saturday and I-440 WB was shut down.
The truck was carrying a variety of household cleaners. Due to the combination of chemicals, the Arkansas Highway Patrol asked a Hazmat team to clean up the spill.
Traffic is also backed up on Roosevelt Road as drivers try to get around it.
