LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — According to Little Rock police, an overnight traffic accident caused damage to the traffic signals on Broadway from 7th to 10th Streets.
Some other signals have also been affected.
City crews are en route for repairs. Police are asking drivers to drive with caution and remember that no light or flashing red equals a four way stop.
