Walmart closing some stores due to winter weather - here's how to check if a store near you is impacted

OZARK, Ark — A few local Walmart stores have closed due to winter weather.

According to the corporation, Walmart’s Emergency Operations Center monitors winter storms and other potential disasters in real-time.

"We assess the status of our facilities and will continue to operate as long as it is safe to do so. We pay close attention and follow local and/or state guidance," the company said in a statement

The following Arkansas stores are closed as of 1:30 p.m. Monday (Feb. 15):

  • Bryant - 400 Bryant Ave.
  • Conway - 1250 South Amity Rd.
  • Fordyce - 1123 Highway 79 167 Byp.
  • Little Rock - 19301 Cantrell Rd.
  • Ozark - 1516 N 18Th St.
  • Paris - 1501 E Walnut St.
  • Sherwood - 8801 Highway 107
  • Wynne - 800 Highway 64 E.
