Wagoner and Washington OK. * Through this evening * Thunderstorms with heavy rainfall will sweep across the area this morning and early afternoon. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are likely in some places, with locally higher amounts possible. * The ground remains saturated from recent rains. The additional rainfall amounts will likely lead to additional flash flooding, especially near low-lying areas and smaller creeks and streams. In addition, several main stem rivers will either remain or rise above flood. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
