PACT project proving successful in Lonoke County
In November, we first told you about a pilot program coming to Lonoke County aimed at battling the drug epidemic. The PACT project pairs inmates battling drug addiction with someone who once walked their path. Today, we take a look inside the program and introduce you to a man who is changing lives behind bars.
