NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV)- North Little Rock's Park Hill neighborhood is making an appearance on the popular HGTV show House Hunters.
The series follows around couples or families and their real estate agent as they search for a new home.
Owner of Angry Dave's Bike Shop, David Larson, was in one of the featured segments.
“When they do the show they show them three different houses and then they go through and pick which one fits them best and then in between those they do little cut away segments with local places,” he said.
“It's huge for little guys like me that have zero to no advertising budget, everything we do is usually on social media because it's free,” he said.
Larson said this show will hopefully remind people to shop at local businesses.
“It helps get the word out to remind people that we are in the area and they should come see us,” he said.
To celebrate his appearance on the show, Larson paired with another Park Hill business, North Bar, for a watch party.
“I was tickled to death when Dave asked me first to do his watch party- we've done it before and it fills up fast and it's a lot of fun,” said one of the owners of the bar, Kyle Dizmang.
Dizmang said the watch party will be the night the show airs, on December 20.
“Get in here early and get you a seat, the show starts at nine. We're going to keep the kitchen open later for an hour and we'll serve you for however long,” he said.
