Addison Stoevsand loves THV11 so much that she chose to have a THV11-themed party for her eighth birthday. She has a feeding tube because of gastroparesis. But you would never guess anything is wrong if you saw her!
Her mother, Cathi Stoevsand, said that she wakes up very early to watch the news.
"Channel 11 is the only channel she will watch! She absolutely loves y'all!" Stoevsand said in a Facebook message.
Cathi asked that we send some swag to her daughter for the party. But that just wasn't enough. We sent her an invitation to tour the studio as well. Addison celebrated her birthday on May 12 and her actual birthday is May 14.
She came up on Wednesday, June 20 to watch the news in person. We even let her go on air!
Needless to say, she was all smiles.
