North Little Rock police arrest 16-year-old for homicide

Sean Williams was arrested and will be charged as an adult for the fatal shooting of a 33-year-old man in North Little Rock on Nov. 21.

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — On Wednesday, the North Little Rock Police Department and the United States Marshals Service Eastern District of Arkansas Fugitive Task Force arrested Sean Williams on an active warrant for 1st-degree murder.

16-year-old Williams is being charged as an adult for his involvement in the shooting death of 33-year-old Chris Moore on Nov. 21 near the 400 block of Palm Street in North Little Rock.

Williams is currently being held at the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility without bond.

The North Little Rock Police Department encourages anyone who may have information regarding this incident to contact their tip line at (501) 680-8439 or Detective Cody Stroud at (501) 975-8771. The police department said those with information can remain anonymous.
