UPDATE -- Yancy is back in the Arkansas State Hospital's custody.
A patient escaped from the Arkansas State Hospital Tuesday, Dec. 19 and is being sought by police.
Lamel Lamont Yancy, 19, is listed as 6 feet 3 inches tall and 145 pounds. He scaled a 12-foot fence at around 9:50 a.m. while being transported to another area of the hospital.
Arkansas State Hospital police and surrounding agencies are looking for Yancy.
