LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – A woman, with a previous DWI conviction, was arrested for suspicion of driving while intoxicated, but this time not wearing anything below the waist.

According to KFSM, Jo Jackson was arrested June 8 and bonded out several hours later from the Washington County Jail. She faces charges of driving while intoxicated and driving on a suspended or revoked license.

KFSM reports Jackson was convicted in September 2011 in the death of road worker Jackie Luper. When she was pulled over, the arresting officer reported she was not wearing any pants or underwear. When asked about it, she said she was "just going to get something for dinner."
