PINE BLUFF, Ark. — According to the Pine Bluff Police Department, officers are investigating a shooting that left one person dead.
Officers responded in to the 3800 block of West 14th Avenue in reference to a shooting on Thursday, September 26 around 5:15 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers found one man suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
A possible suspect was taken into custody and is being questioned.
This is the city's 23rd homicide.
