JOHNSON COUNTY, Ark. (KTHV) – Three men have been arrested in Johnson County on first-degree murder charges.
Brian White, 21; Phillip Raible, 29; and Isaac Vaughn, 20 were arrested and booked into the Johnson County Jail. The sheriff’s office was unable to tell us which case these charges stem from.
Each are being held on a $750,000 bond after appearing in front of 5th Judicial Circuit Judge William Pearson on January 22. According to a press release from the sheriff’s office, the arrests are the result of an investigation that lasted over three weeks. Murder in the first degree is classified as a Class Y felony which is punishable by 10 to 40 years in prison.
