WICKES, Ark. — Arkansas State Police is investigating a Polk County sheriff's deputy for the alleged "use of physical force," which resulted in non-life-threatening injuries to an individual.
Police said the incident happened near Wickes in Polk County on April 8.
According to ASP, special agents were assigned to the case and will present their findings to prosecuting attorneys for review.
