JACKSONVILLE, Ark. — The Jacksonville Police Department is searching for a 17-year-old Jacksonville boy who is believed to be heading toward Huntsville, Ark.
Authorities describe Jarrell Smith Jr. as 5-foot-10 inches tall with a skinny build.
