LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (May 12, 2015) – Trinity United Methodist Church (TUMC) and Mac N Cheez Mania organizers presented a check for $4,000 each to Youth Home, Pfeifer Kiwanis Camp, Harmony Health Clinic and Canvas Community at a ceremony today at War Memorial AT&T Stadium.

Mac 'N' Cheez Mania, Little Rock's inaugural mac and cheese festival, is a fundraiser benefiting missions that serve children, fight hunger, and promote health and education. In its first year, more than 1,500 people attended the event, helping TUMC raise $16,000 for local charities. TUMC donated an additional $4,000 to total $20,000 overall.

"Trinity is proud to work with these five non-profit communities to make a difference in lives, particularly concerns related to health, education, hunger, and children," said Rev. Betsy Singleton Snyder, pastor of Trinity United Methodist Church. "This was truly a community-wide event. We're already looking forward to Mac N Cheez Mania in 2016."

Mac 'N' Cheez Mania was held on April 11, 2015 at War Memorial AT&T Stadium. The event featured more than a dozen home-style teams who competed for bragging rights and prizes, along with more than a half dozen restaurants who showcased their best Mac N Cheese dishes.
