Hot Springs family pleads for missing daughter to return home

A Hot Springs family is now pleading for their daughter to return home after they say she could be with a man she was talking to online.

HOT SPRINGS, Arkansas — Update: The Hot Springs Police Department said Annabel Rose was found safe on Saturday.

A family in Hot Springs is pleading for their daughter to come home after she ran away from her home earlier this week.

15-year-old Annabel Rose was last seen on Monday night. Her family reported her missing and they fear she could be with a man she had been talking to online.

"We love her and we want her to come home. That's what I want. I want her safe. I want her back home," said Patricia Wireman, Annabel's grandmother.

The family has been pleading for answers since Annabel disappeared.

It wasn't until early the next morning that her mother and father, Stephen and Amy, realized Annabel and her dog were gone.

"She's my sunshine, she brings joy into my life, she's my angel," said Amy Rose, Annabel's mother.

Her family said they had an argument earlier in the week, but Annabel seemed to be doing okay after.

Since her disappearance, the family has discovered she had a cell phone she was using without their knowledge. She was also possibly talking to a man online. They don't know who or where this man is.

"I just want my daughter home," said Stephen Rose, Annabel's father.

Both the Hot Springs Police Department and Arkansas State Police have been actively working to find Annabel.

She's described as being 5'4" with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen in Hot Springs with gray shorts, a turquoise blue cartoon t-shirt, a camouflage hoodie, and a backpack.

She also has her brindle-colored dog, Sissy, with a gray collar.

Anyone with information on Annabel's whereabouts is asked to contact Hot Springs Detective Stone at (501) 441-5872 or mstone@city.hs.net.
