LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The Little Rock Police Department has asked for the public's help in locating a runaway teenager.
16-year-old Jasmine Rich was last seen in Little Rock. She is described as being 5'4" in height and weighing about 165 pounds with glasses and red hair.
