Flowers defeats incumbent mayor Washington in Pine Bluff runoff election | Other results

Here's who's projected to win in the Pine Bluff runoff election, among others across Arkansas.

PINE BLUFF, Ark. — Tuesday night's election results are in. Here's the latest:

Pine Bluff runoff election

After a close election a few weeks ago led to a runoff election on Tuesday, unofficial results show that former state Rep. Vivian Flowers defeated incumbent Mayor Shirley Washington 2,569 to 2,137 votes, becoming the Democratic nominee for mayor.

State Representative District 88 runoff election

A bitter Republican fight in Hope saw Dolly Henley defeat Arnetta Bradford 1,328 to 1,028 votes for the Republican nomination in the state House of Representatives.

The race featured state Sen. Jimmy Hickey accusing the governor's office of interfering with the race.

Hickey supported Henley, while Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders is friends with Bradford.

Dolly Henley advanced to the general election, defeating Arnetta Bradford 1,328 to 1,028 votes for the Republican nomination.

Saline County runoff election

After two decades on the quorum court, Justice of the Peace Barbra Howell lost her runoff to Keith Kellum.
