LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — According to the Little Rock Police Department, officers made contact with a 30-year-old male victim who told police he was involved in an accident with a hitchhiker.
The male victim said he picked up the hitchhiker from the CVS, located on 12th and University.
The victim said he and the hitchhiker were headed south on University when the suspect began to act very strange and started talking weird.
While stopped in traffic, the suspect began to carjack the victim with a knife. While the victim tried to fight the suspect, his foot came off the brake, causing him to run into a school bus.
After hitting the school bus, the suspect jumped out of the vehicle and ran south past the bus.
The suspect was wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans. The victim said he was described to have black, short hair.
