LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Update: The Little Rock Police Department has arrested 26-year-old Keith Kinchen. He has been charged with capital murder.
The Little Rock Police Department is investigating a homicide in the 2100 block of Security Avenue after finding a man dead inside a vehicle Thursday afternoon.
According to authorities, officers arrived around 12:19 p.m. when they found Qwun’Don Marks inside the vehicle suffering from "apparent gunshot wounds."
Homicide detectives and the Pulaski County Coroner were called to the scene. The body was then transported to the Arkansas State Crime Lab.
