Police: 2 injured after shooting in Jacksonville

The Jacksonville Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened near Galloway Park around 7:24 p.m. on Tuesday.

JACKSONVILLE, Ark. — The Jacksonville Police Department has arrested three men for their involvement in the shooting at Galloway Park that injured two people on Tuesday.

On Thursday, police said Wayne Lee Jr., Kenell Scott and Diondre Bradford were arrested after investigators received a video of the suspect's vehicle driving away from the scene after the shooting.

Authorities tracked down the vehicle and arrested the two three.

Lee was taken into custody on multiple charges, including first-degree battery and unlawful discharge of a firearm from a vehicle. At the same time, Scott and Bradford were arrested near the 6000 block of Highway 161. Scott charged with 36 counts of terroristic act, two counts of first-degree battery and aggravated robbery, among others.

Bradford was charged with 36 counts of terroristic act, two counts of first-degree battery, aggravated robbery and four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor and four counts of aggravated assault.

The gunshot victims were taken to the hospital for treatment.
