Little Rock businesses prepare for College World Series final game

T-shirts are printed and ready to go. Now all that's left is a win from the Diamond Hogs.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KTHV) – The Arkansas Razorbacks may not have clinched the college world series yet, but already retailers are preparing for the potential win.

"We prepared for the 64 teams that made it into the college world series playoffs and we narrowed it down and lucky us our hometown Razorbacks are in it tonight,” Kyle Luttrell said.

Every day, thousands of t-shirts are printed at Image One, but this Thursday was a little different.

“There’s a lot of red shirts behind me, “ Director of Operations Joe Bresnahan said. “These are shirts that are going to be ready to print tonight when Arkansas wins the championship. We have a lot of customers we've been working with for months on getting designs to them."

With roughly eight-thousand shirts waiting to go, Joe Bresnahan said the printing team is on standby.

"We brought them in last night around eight. Just to get stuff prepped if they had one so it was a little disappointing when it didn't. We thought maybe it was going to happen. So we sent them home and they're going to come back again,” he said.

Vice President Kyle Luttrell says workers will print all night long ... if we win.

“We'll go into production and produce product for retailers all across Arkansas,” Luttrell said.

He said Image One has already printed hundreds of championships t-shirts for retailers who want to have them just in case.

Bresnahan said last night loss was disappointing, but he's confident he's got a long night ahead of him.

"We're gonna kick butt. It's going to be a blowout. I might be in this warehouse sweating tonight watching the game but we're rooting for them hard,” he said.

Places like Hogman’s Gameday will start selling the championship gear tomorrow at 7 a.m.
