NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — The North Little Rock Police Department asked the public for help solving a homicide that happened at the Hemlock Courts apartments around 10:39 p.m. on October 13, 2023.
Authorities said they responded to the 400 block of North Palm Street and found 26-year-old Ursula Graham of Jacksonville dead in a vehicle with "visible trauma."
After an initial investigation, Graham's death was ruled a homicide.

Crime Stoppers of Arkansas is offering a reward of up to $2,500 for information leading to an arrest or conviction of the person or people responsible for the death of Graham.
