LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Sweet, sweet Louie is turning 10 in a little over a week, and he's got one thing on his list: ‘Love everyone.’

Acoording to a Facebook post from Louie's mother, Louie has had some really rough days this past week. Things are uncertain as far as what the future holds for Louie, but that won't stop us from helping him celebrate his 10th birthday!

Since Louie loves collecting cards, Project Zero has asked everyone to help celebrate this incredibly important day by sending him birthday cards.

He would also love to have a law-enforcement, first responder or military coin from every state!
