LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — According to the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office, deputies have recovered human remains in the 17000 Block of Lorance Heights.
Deputies say the victim is a male reported missing out of Little Rock.
The victim has been identified as 64-year-old Donald Edward Charles. Anyone with information please contact Crimestoppers at 340-TIPS.
This is being investigated as a homicide.
